Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable if the service is canceled by Khushi Driver Service due to unavoidable circumstances.
- If the client cancels the service, refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline (see section 2).

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service: 50% refund.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) or no-shows: No refund.

Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be initiated by contacting our customer support team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Refunds are not applicable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
- Partially used services are non-refundable.
